Ordered item in December and no trace of it leaving Italy. I've tried four times to elicit a response but no reply from them. Extremely poor serviceJan 13, 2021

Following the complaint we have carried out further internal checks.
Unfortunately due to higher security measurements some requests of our clients have been filtered and were not received.
The Postal Service was selected by the client. LordGun offers a list of courier services to choose from, with this specific order, DHL and FedEx options where at a more cost efficient price.
The Parcel was prepared as per our time schedule and handed over to the postal service. We got in contact with the Postal Service to provide us with further info and informed the client about this.
The postal service has a 40 day technical time period needed for postal anomalies to be resolved.
