Hi there I’m from the uk I ordered a set of red hope e4 brakes,, did have to pay import fees but they did state that. Ordered Sunday night and they turned up Wednesday really happy with how quick they come no problems

PERFECT!!!!!! Recommended to all my friends!

I discovered this online shop by accident. I honestly don't understand many negative reviews since they write everything very clearly: - they are Italian and you can read it in their contacts!!! It 'obvious that in your country you have to pay the customs charges being them in Europe! - the shipments can be late but the fault is the carrier!!! - if you have a problem they contact you and help you! Recommended to all my friends!

Steep hidden charges

I recently ordered some vittoria and schwalbe tyre products. The items were delivered- later than advertised. I have since received a bill from FedEx for import charges- of £50! This is nearly a third of the cost of the items! At no point during the ordering process was this made clear (delivery charge was advertised as about £7). The website is English -co.uk. All the prices are in Sterling. Apparently not- the items come from Italy, so are subject to (hidden) import charges. If you are a UK resident- avoid this company

UK customers!

Be warned if you are in the UK I recommend you do not use this company. I got fooled by the website thinking they were a UK business. And then got caught with unexpected duties which are not clear at checkout. please see below the customer service repsonse........ basically they don't care. “The prices shown includes UK VAT. The shipment is sent from the EU and, in accordance with UK rules after brexit, VAT will be collected at checkout only for orders under 135 GBP (total value of products, excluding shipping and other costs). Orders over 135 GBP may be subject to customs control at your destination with VAT and possible handling charges.” If you do not wish to receive the item, you can return it to us or reject the package upon delivery. Kindly note that the return costs and any additional fees that occur due to rejecting the package will be at the clients costs.

Worst service

I have placed an order on 20 May 2021 for 3 items ( all listed as in stock and delivery time around 10 days). As of today 02 August 2021 order still has not arrived. Very poor communication barely can get in touch with any staff or get a straight answer regarding details of the order. Had to email to receive a tracking number after almost 1 month from delivery. When asked for a refund or order cancelation, request was dismissed as it was not companies fault. Never using this company again Maxim.

Extremely poor....avoid! Shop elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs I'f you're in the UK. The contact telephone number doesn't work, the item ordered didn't arrive and over a month layer they are still coming up with excuses about couriers, and refusing to issue a refund. Terrible customer service, please spend your money elsewhere.

Do you sell factory seconds?

I bought a pair of S-works shoes and the ordering process and shipping was first rate but when I received the shoes...... there was some masking tape on the toe where a repair must have been made and the plastic/rubber seal between the toe and the leather was cracked. Given I paid €325 for a pair of shoes I thought it pretty unacceptable not to receive them in perfect condition. I emailed back straight away to raise my concerns (along with photos) but received no reply for over a week. A further 4 emails and over 2 weeks later I was finally told that there was no problem with the shoes and that the problem was not covered by their warranty service.....I haven't even worn the shoes, they were shipped like this!!!! Suffice to say I'll be sending back for a refund and never dealing with again. Lordgun seem fine unless you have a problem and then god help you! Going forward I'll be buying from a more established/reputable company with a functioning customer service department
