I received what I ordered fast

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews for this site. I decided to take a chance and ordered some Grand Prix 5000 TL tires that were hard to find elsewhere. I ordered them on a Monday and received them on Thursday (all the way to the US in 3.5 days). There were no additional charges or custom delays and the product was exactly as ordered.

Scam company selling second hand goods

Still waiting for a refund when I was sold a second hand bike rack missing parts, avoid this company !!!

Worst Service Ever. I "lost" 500 eur.

You made me waste 500 eur. I bought a Power Meter and I wanted to return since it was to small for my bike and when I asked for a refund, you claimed that the article was not directly sold by you and for instance I do not have the opportunity of a return. I cannot be more pissed with such a service. It looks you play with your customers.

IMPORT CHARGE

Bought a new Garmin watch at what I thought was a great deal. It was suspicious when I was charge less than quoted though. This was because the next day I received a text from FedEx asking me to pay import charges of £77.52! Thought I was buying from a UK website since .co.uk, very misleading since the product was shipped from Italy. Could have bought cheaper from Amazon and got it earlier.

Slow and very fusdtrating! Still no Parts... Still waiting...

Paid for a priemium delivery service via fed-ex. It is now past the deilvery dates that I paid for. When I track the item it is stated it delayed due ot improper or missing import/export documents. Which can only be down to this compnay for not supplying them in the frirst place. When trying to get hold or find out how to get hold of anyone to contact to see hwat they are doing about it or how I will be compensated for their mistake causing a delay in the service I chose to pay more for is next to im possible, you just get sent round in circles in the FAQ section. wouldnt recommend and wouldnt use again. Still no items.

Expensive customs charges

Purchased a helmet at a very competitive price, had to track delivery and found it was held up in customs and then had to pay £60 to Royal mail for delivery, really disappointed as I could have purchased item in uk for less than the total cost and received it much quicker.

Delivery poor to the UK

I placed an order for a brake hose and 6 days later I am still waiting. I checked the tracking and it said that the paperwork was incorrect… I also realised at this point that despite the .co.uk domain this is not a UK company. I would not have ordered from overseas for such a common part if I knew this. So please UK buyers beware…. A casualty of Brexit :-(

2 months on & still waiting for my full refund

I bought a 2021 MET Manta Helmet from Lordgun on 26 March 2021. The product was defective on delivery. I contacted Lordgun immeditaely to arrange the collection and return according to their warranty procedures. I received 3 separate emails over the space of 2 weeks stating that it would be collected by a Courier. Each time, the Courier never showed. By week 3 i told Lordgun i would return myself and they agreed to refund me. They have refunded me the cost of the return €18.50. I am still waiting on my full refund of €233.97, i paid for the Helmet 2 months on. I received an email a few days ago from Lordgun stating that an almost identical review i posted would "have to be deleted". Its a pity i cant attach a printscreen. When i went to log on to Lordgun to get a copy of the receipt a message box appeared in the colour red that read-"You are now blocked". I'm still waiting for my full refund guys. That is totally unacceptable especially when i just bought an S-WORKS SL6 Frameset off you 3 months beforehand. Again - tts a pity i cant attach printscreens here as it would make it quite clear i am in the right and how bad Lordgun's customer service really is. There is no need for blocking or becoming nasty. Just refund what i paid according to the warranty conditions.
