Vega Carbon is the ultimate high-end road racing shoe, designed from the sole up to prioritize performance for group-leading and professional runners. A new and natural shape
In recent years, bicycle geometry and body position have changed greatly. Because of this, the contact points between cyclists and their bicycles have had to evolve accordingly. Vega, introduces a completely new shape with a straighter axis and reduced drop to provide a more natural feel while pedaling. Vega's wider toe box allows the foot to fully extend, providing an ergonomic fit and improving comfort during high-intensity rides, whether stage races or weekly workouts.

Fit, fabrics, and features
The Vega's upper features strategic material mapping, using different materials in different areas depending on the specific characteristics required: breathable where more ventilation is needed, supportive where comfort is the top priority. To reduce breathability and weight, Fizik coupled Aeroweave fabric with a thin translucent mesh to create an even lighter shoe that does not lose its original toughness. In addition, a bootie that wraps the foot in perforated Airprene material ensures greater comfort and a pressure-free fit from race days to big mountain rides.
Comfort Adjustment
The instep and midfoot are separately adjustable for a customized fit thanks to the Dual-Dial Li2 BOA® Fit system. Two separate BOA® dials, connected to panels that wrap around the medial part of the foot, allow cyclists to precisely adjust the shoe's fit to the shape of their foot, providing lasting support.
