What is being sent?

• The digital Gift Card is sent to the e-mail address of the user who placed the order, in the form of a PDF with the gift code to be used.
• The digital Gift Card is ready to be given as a present (see example in the images above). You can e-mail the PDF yourself, or print it out and hand it over in person.
• The gift card is issued - and e-mailed - within one working day after placing the order.

How to use the gift card?

• The gift code can be used on our website to cover the purchase of one or more products, to be chosen among the more than 20,000 items.
• Once you have added the desired products to your cart, simply click on “Do you have a discount code?” and enter the code shown on the PDF.
• The gift card must be used in its entirety in a single order: unfortunately it’s not possible to spend this voucher partially; if you spend a higher amount than the discount, you can pay the difference according to the payment methods provided.
• The voucher expires after 12 months from the date of issue.
• The gift card cannot be combined with other promotions (other discount codes).
