The Evo tyres offer the unique combination of low weight, excellent performance and optimum puncture protection. These are ensured by the high tech materials such as the Triple Star Compound, the HD Speed Guard against punctures, or the all-round Double Defense protection with SnakeSkin side wall.
The new standard for Schwalbe's Evo tyres. A new sidewall mono-filament fabric brings three advantages over the previous SnakeSkin fabric: Even better cut resistance, increased protection and most importantly it allows an extremely easy Tubeless conversion. The use of liquid sealant is necessary, but otherwise installation is just as easy as with real Tubeless tyres. Time consuming conversion requiring intensive shaking and frequent re-inflation is no longer needed with Tubeless Easy. It replaces both the previous Tubeless and Tubeless Ready versions.
Addix SpeedGrip, the universal compound. It definitely has the widest range of use. Perfect for XC, AM and Trail: for the majority of Evo tyres there’s a version with Addix Speedgrip! It replaces the previous PaceStar compound where a significant, though not the only difference, during extensive use is more mileage and a longer life. Lots of everything: speed, grip and durability. Combining all three characteristics to achieve the perfect compound is almost impossible in theory, but now Schwalbe has done it with Addix Speedgrip to an extent that they never thought possible!
Combines light weight and stability. Feels comfortable in any terrain. Balanced ratio of puncture protection and smooth rolling. For flowing trails, long rides and any terrain.
