Problems with Carbon getting stuck, cables that do not not flow well in the cable housing but you do not want to do it all over again? All you need is a small maintenance on the moving parts. Teflon, Copper, Lithium there is a lubricating grease for all your needs, whether it's wheel bearings, bottom brackets or headsets. The important thing is, is not to use two different types of greases on the same component and use on products indicated by the manufacturer.
