How can I change my profile details?
- Effect the access through Login found on the top right of the homepage
- Click on "my profile" found on the top right of the homepage
Your profile will be displayed. On the left hand side you will find a navigation column allowing you to navigate various sections including the possibility to modify:
- Personal details: address and registration details, preferences, nickname
- Shipment: shipment details
- Invoicing: invoice details
- Choose a section to edit, go to the bottom of the page and click "Save"
- After you've made your changes, click "Save" and wait for the message "Saved".
The section below is done in a similar manner:
- Newsletter: click on "Newsletter", select the box in the Newsletter subscription section, click "Save" and wait for the message "Save Completed".
- Change email: enter the new email and confirm by entering the password, click on "Change email" and wait for the message "Your email has been successfully changed." You can not change your email address with an existing address registered.
- Change password: Enter your old password, then enter and confirm a new one, click on "Change Password" and wait for the message "Your password has been successfully changed."
- Stock Alert Notifications: a list of the stock alert notifications, via email, certain products that may not be available in the desired quantity. More information in the following section Notifications
How can I recover a forgotten password?
By following the option Reset password, it is possible to enter your registered email after clicking on "change Password", a new password will be sent to the email. If you did not receive the email within a few minutes, please check the junk mail folder / spam. If you still can not see the email and when you enter the email address, you see an error message "User not found" or encountered any other problem, please contact us.
Suggestion: Once you are logged in with a new password, by paying attention to the upper and lower case, we suggest you to change your password with an easier to remember. Click on the section change password, type in the password you have received and confirm the new one.
How can I recover a forgotten email?
To recover your registration email, it is necessary to contact our customer care service, indicating your name, surname and address.
How can I register for the newsletter?
The registration for the newsletter is possible if you are a registered user (following the above stated guidelines to help change your personal profile), or if you are not yet registered by typing in your details in the section newsletter and by clicking "Register". It is also possible to unsubscribe directly on the bottom of any newsletter page received.
Once logged into your account, the menu on the left hand side in the user profile or the upper right corner you can access the history of the orders placed. By clicking on "Details" you can find more information and status of your order.
