BB386/30 A adapter

Adapter is conical alloy spacer which allows BB386EVO cranksets to fit into 73 mm wide BB shells with BB30 or PF30 bearings installed. The alloy spacer increases the effective width of the PF30A or BB30A BB shell to match the 86.5 mm spacing of the BB386EVO crankset.
