I-specEV
I-SPEC EV creates a clean, optimised dashboard that allows greater focus and flexibility for a wide range of cyclists. The wider adjustment range allows cyclists of many different styles, preferences and builds to find their optimal position. The ergonomic design, quicker lever access and lightweight operation improve riding comfort and concentration. With a wider adjustment range, the I-SPEC EV levers can be adjusted to the optimal position to suit different riding styles, individual preferences and riders' anatomies (hand/arm alignment). I-SPEC EV increases the stiffness of the brake lever by moving the clamp position inwards to create an additional point of contact between the handlebar and the lever. This additional support greatly increases bike control and brake engagement while maintaining a space between the clamp and the support point for other handlebar-mounted accessories.
Servowave Action
When the SERVOWAVE brake lever is operated, the initial cable recall is rapid, so a small lever travel is sufficient to bring the pads into contact with the disc brake rotor. Then the power multiplication factor increases rapidly at the contact between pad and rim, so more lever travel is used to apply more braking power with higher levels of control.
The Shimano Deore M6120 Hydraulic Disc Brake Caliper offers lightweight action and reliable braking power in all conditions The 4-piston disc brake caliper offers great control and instils confidence on descents.

Four Piston
The disc brake caliper system with two opposing pistons of different diameters is characterised by the presence of pistons of different sizes at the front and rear. The system adopts a power transfer mode whereby the disc brake rotor is pressed by the smaller piston at the inlet of the rotor housing and also by the larger, more powerful piston at the rear. This prevents the disk brake rotor from jerking and significantly reduces noise. In addition, the 4-piston caliper provides a larger contact surface area for the disc brake rotor while maintaining compact dimensions, while efficient pad positioning is adjusted to the extent necessary to stabilise pressure. Combined with the SERVOWAVE lever, this provides an extraordinary 50% increase in braking power over the previous model. The advanced SAINT/ZEE disc brake system, which adapts to each rider's different braking styles, provides stable braking power and excellent modulation.
Ice Technologies
Shimano ICE TECHNOLOGIES components ensure more consistent brake performance by reducing heat build-up in the brake system. This helps prevent efficiency losses that can occur when brakes are applied repeatedly and forcefully in a short period of time, such as on long, steep descents.
One Way Bleeding
The 'ONE WAY BLEEDING' function was developed to ensure the quick and easy prevention of air infiltration in our hydraulic systems. We have optimised the entire oil circuit in the system to prevent air bubbles inside it.
The one-way oil circuit, together with a mineral oil funnel tool, guarantees an easy and clean bleeding system.
