The Wire 2S road shoes feature a carbon sole with Firmor lateral support system, suitable for athletes who require greater lateral stability of the foot. In fact, this system, emphasised in this model by a special pattern at the centre of the foot, is one of the components that does most to provide optimum lateral support for the cyclist. The double rotor fastening, completed by a Soft Instep strap, offers maximum fit for a perfect level of lateral support.

Technologies

Vent Carbon sole
Made of woven carbon fibre, this sole maximises rigidity and allows a minimum degree of controlled flexion at the toe. It also biomechanically relieves plantar tendon tension and helps improve circulation. The Vent Carbon sole is designed with an integrated replaceable air intake and air channels for ventilation and heat dissipation. The air intake can be opened or closed as required. It is equipped with a millimetre scale to remember the position of the rider's cleat and a replaceable anti-slip insert is included in the heel.
