The Air-Liner Protect Enduro tyre insert was developed for the most demanding enduro trails in the UCI Mountain Bike World Series. The insert improves the tyre's protection against the most extreme impacts.

The Air-Liner Protect Enduro version is made from a lighter low-density foam than the Downhill version. This guarantees optimum shock absorption and improved handling on enduro trails. Unlike the first generation, the Air-Liner Protect Enduro comes as a complete ring, with the ends already welded on, eliminating the need for cuts and ties.

Air-Liner Protect Enduro is made from a formula of low-density foam material specifically for enduro requirements. The material is compatible with any type of liquid sealant. It is available in 2 wheel sizes (27.5" and 29"), each compatible with 2.4" to 2.6" tyres. It must only be used with tubeless set-ups (it is not compatible with the use of inner tubes) and only with multi-tube tubeless valves - one valve is included in the package.

Impact Protection
Air-Liner Protect protects rims from strong impacts and reduces the risk of punctures (snake bites). The 'T' shape creates a barrier between the rim edges and the inside of the tyre.

High Speed
Air-Liner Protect does not affect tyre rolling. Under air pressure, the insert collapses onto the rim, creating a seal that can withstand even the hardest shocks. With Air-Liner Protect, no foreign object can roll inside the tyre.

Lateral stability
Air-Liner Protect supports the sidewalls of the tyre under the load of the curve. You can take corners at full speed: there is no risk of your tyres coming off the rim. Air-Liner Protect also increases sidewall protection from cuts and punctures.

Air volume
Thanks to its T-shape, Air-Liner Protect increases the air volume inside the tyre. This means you can lower the air pressure and obtain greater grip without risking damaging the tyre or damaging the rim.
