Anderson Absolute Series BCAA K-411 dietary supplement

Dietary supplement containing branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 4:1:1 ratio, suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes, with vitamin B6 to help reduce fatigue and tiredness. BCAA K-411 is formulated with a 4-fold increase in the presence of the amino acid leucine compared to isoleucine and valine, which enables better post-workout muscle recovery in high-intensity sports training.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs or leucine, isoleucine and valine) make up around 30% of muscle proteins. Such an abundance of these amino acids in the muscles indicates their great importance in metabolic processes, to the extent that many researchers have attributed their ability to stimulate the release of certain hormones in the body to BCAAs. Recommended dose
