ProAction Amino Essential dietary supplement

Amino Essential based on Essential amino acids, with the addition of Recormax. The product contributes to the protein-nitrogen requirements and is particularly suitable for supplementing the sportsman's diet. Amino Essential contains Recormax, a vegetal mix of pomegranate and roseroot. Pomegranate with antioxydant activity is useful for combating oxydative stress. Roseroot is ideal in case of mental and physical fatigue. Suitable for all, without gluten and lactose.

How many essential amino acids are there
Our body needs 20 different amino acids to grow and function properly. All 20 amino acids are important for our bodies, but only 9 of these are considered essential, namely Leucine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Valine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylanine, Threonine, and Tryptophan.

Why are essential amino acids important
Although our body can produce non-essential amino acids, it cannot produce essential amino acids, which must therefore be taken from the diet. When our body eats protein, it breaks it down into amino acids, which are then used for different processes such as muscle building, protein synthesis or regulation of the immune system.  Ingesting essential amino acids in free form or as part of a protein bolus has been shown to maximise muscle protein synthesis. Essential Amino Acids are therefore one of the best choices post-workout.

What benefits does taking essential amino acids bring?
Taking concentrated doses of essential amino acids can lead to several benefits. In particular, sportspeople and athletes who take EAAs to improve their performance and physical recovery report the following benefits:

  • Energy and Concentration
  • Muscle Mass Development
  • Physical Recovery
  • Increased Endurance
  • Immune System Support

Who should take essential amino acids
Essential amino acids are particularly suitable for both strength and power sports and for endurance and long-duration sports.

What happens if there are not enough essential amino acids
If the essential amino acids in our bodies are not sufficient because they are not present in adequate quantities, proteins containing that amino acid are synthesised with greater difficulty.

How amino essentials eaa differs from amino essentials with the recormax formula
The new formulation of Amino Essential EAAs has a citrus flavour that is particularly pleasing to the palate. In addition to the Essential Amino Acids, it contains Vitamin C and the B vitamins B1, B2, B5 and B12.

Manufacturer's directions for use

Essential amino acids should be taken after training or exercise. In endurance sports, it is suggested to accompany the essential amino acids with a source of Cyclomaltodextrins, and in strength sports with sources of Leucine and Hmb. These combinations will help optimise the recovery phase.  Running, Swimming, Stop&Go sports, Triathlon: 1 post-training sachet. Cycling, MTB, Crossfit, Gym: 2 sachets post-training
